I liked that it had sufficient parking. The breakfast was stocked & server lady was nice & very helpful, the room ac was modern & not so loud. It was/ is better than best western next door. Your my new favorite motel. Note: for several years I worked for US state department at embassies and consulates & I know the full gammet of hotel/ motels. My last 2 stays at Pocatello & Idaho falls were perfect in my estimation. I work long hours out of town & just need shower & good sleep to do it again. Thanks for asking.

The staff were super nice and understanding they helped me along the entire way and let me have a one hour extra check out I had my room cleaned out and ready to go an hour early but they were so nice and kind to me breakfast was descent and Nicole and the others made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in

For the price it was very good. A friend stayed at a more expensive hotel across the street and they didn't even have a fridge or microwave. My hotel did at Super 8. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy for the most part. All in all it wasn't a five star hotel but exactly what I'd expect for the price.

How the night staff Lester&lady training very helpful answering quest&very kind getting my towels etc! Also Chrissy the maid was very helpful as well! I am very happy bc I have MS &have a walker& they all incl Amanda have been so personable& EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! THANK YOU ALL!

The housekeeping staff is wonderful. Those girls work quickly but excellent. With new renovations coming I hope they air condition the hallways. Internet has improved some. I’m enjoying being here and thank management too.
